Brazil Butt Lift and lifting hybrid??

For those of you who have done BBL, did you just do the program as it recommends? Or did you incorporate lifting into it?

The reason I ask is I've been doing the CLX program which focuses on heavy lifting. I'm fearful that when I'm done with that program and I start BBL, I may lose some of the new muscle I've gained.

What do you recommend? Is there a way to incorporate heavy lifting into this program?? Any thoughts??
