Anyone trying to gain weight?

Anyone here actually trying to gain weight? When I tell people I'm on a diet, they automatically assume you're trying to lose weight.
I started at 6'0" and 172 lbs on Jan 01, and I'm currently up to 180 lbs.
I'm up to 3750 calories per day right now. I find the hardest thing to do is eat when you're NOT hungry, by far harder then NOT eating when you ARE hungry. Having my 1000 calorie breakfast, then trying to do a mid morning snack 2-3 hours later is tough.
So please, those trying to gain, join in, I'd love to hear your opinions/stories.
