I downloaded this app back in Oct 2012 just to see how it caculates calories since I'm not good at counting them myself. This site makes it very easy just input your meals, and snacks and it does the rest. I've set a goal to eat healthier, get toned, and to lose 10-15 pounds and so far I've lost one pound within the first three days of being on the site. I've even brought my baby sister on this fitness adventure with me making it a family affair still working on the rest of the family. Good luck to everyone and I'm here to provide words of encouragment to all.
