Im stuck in a rut!

I cant stand it. I understand that you shouldnt always pay attention to the scale, it doesnt always show your progress but im freaking out! I am stuck at my weight, cannot get under it and im doing EVERYTHING right. I am exercising, running daily, eating right and nothing! I dont know how to not freak out. Anyone have that issue? How long did it take to keep up your routine before you seen that scale really budge?? I need some support here because its so upsetting.
