Successful Low Calorie Meal Ideas

Hey everyone,

I am new to here I started an account long ago but never used the board. I have been hitting the gym again lately, but I feel I am not making progress because of my meals. I was wondering what kind of meals you guys eat that are low in calories yet still somehow filling.

I drink a lot of water and avoid anything other that it when I eat (saves money and calories). I would appreciate maybe like your complete breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals since I do have some low calorie meal ideas but I get really bored with them and would like to get variety.

One of my friends that lost weight just would eat oatmeal for all his meals and that what he recommended.

Hopefully this is the right forum for this advice.

    My diary is open, feel free to take a look. If all you ate was oatmeal, you would be malnourishing your body...that is extremely bad advice. I eat between 2,000-2,200 calories per day and have been losing roughly 1 lb per week since mid October. I'm down 25 Lbs overall. I eat real food and get my proper nutrition.
