I was going to make a yogurt and mix in smart start cereal, but when I put this in my magic bullet it turned into a yummy shake!
5 ounces of Chobani non fat plain greek yogurt
5 blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup of egg whites (Pasteurized so it's safe to drink)
NO protein powder
NO sugar or sweeteners.
The blueberry and banana mixed together makes it sweet to get rid of the bitter yogurt and the egg whites has no flavor. You could add more greek yogurt or the egg whites to get more protein, if desired.
181 calories, 23 g of protein, 20 carbs (not the most ideal for a protein shake), 13 grams of sugar (from fruit)
If you use 1/2 cup of egg whites the breakdown is:
215 calories, 29g of protein, 22 carbs, 13 grams of sugar
5 ounces of Chobani non fat plain greek yogurt
5 blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup of egg whites (Pasteurized so it's safe to drink)
NO protein powder
NO sugar or sweeteners.
