Insanity with a questionable diet

I am done with the first week of insanity and feel awesome! Going to actually do a run later today. My diet I know is not the best but I keep below my line and have cut back pretty deeply on calorie intake. Sodium is high, but I am hoping insanity is off setting my sodium. I feel like running a few hours after an insanity workout... I feel so full of energy. Been really trying to replace white rice with brown and other small changes.

Can't wait for Monday to get back in and dig deep!
