Hi, I'm new!

Hello, I am new to this site. Just found it a few days ago and I am loving it! I am so looking forward to losing this weight and keeping it off! I have tried several diets over the years that just didn't work so I am doing it the old-fashioned way. Healthy diet, lots of water and plenty of exercise. I only began my journey 10 days ago, but so far it has been great! I never really struggled with my weight until I had my daughter almost 10 years ago. Gradually I packed on the pounds over the years. It has taken me many years to find the determination to do this, and I know I have what it takes , but I still need lots of motivation and I think this site is a great way to get some of that!

    And great job out of the gate, by the way. You've already lost 6 pounds! I have really enjoyed this site, and I've found it to be the best tool for weight loss that I have ever used. Hang in there ... and be ready to make those hard clothing decisions (as in, "can I go down just *one more size* before I have to buy more pants?"). Nice problem to have, I tell you!
