45/35/20 Split How important is it if fat is over

I've set my goals to 45% Carbs 35% Protein and 20% Fat and my goal is to drop 4kg and tone/get lean muscle. The p90x group on here suggests a 50% protein 30% carbs and 20% Fat. I tried following this high level of protein before and a nutritionist told me my diet is far too acidic.
I'm working out based on 3 days cardio/2 days strength roughly using HIIT routines, Insanity and p90x. I've been tracking my eating for about 10 days and managed to adjust my eating, with exception of a rest week that included couple of cheat meals.
Every day I seem to be about 10 g of fat over my limit and it seems to be from nuts, eggs and avocados. Should I be worried of just negate them as it is good fats.

Fat is very important in your diet. My fat is 35% of my daily calories. It just depends on how well your body metabolizes fat. Each person is different.0
