Ok so, I wanted to try goin on a strict diet, for a couple of weeks. Basically I am having 1-2 egg whites, and one whole egg and three slices turkey bacon for breakfast. Chicken breast, and a salad for lunch, and chicken breast and a bag of veggies for dinner. I started this yesterday pretty much, and I noticed that I am having like no calories all day, lol. I don't feel super hungry, but I'm afraid I'm still starving myself. Does this sound like a healthy diet? I'll also have some fruit here and there. Suggestions?

Doesn't look like a lot of calories, but it's hard to say for sure since your food diary is locked. If you are going very low calorie, you might want to read up on the dangers, and ask yourself if it's worth it:
