Who's up for a challenge?

Granted we're all here for our own reasons, with our own history, but I'm guessing for the main part the reason we're all here is to feel good about ourselves.

I have a couple of challenges that you may want to try to help you get there if you don't already do it.

1) Open up your food & exercise diary so that your MFP friends can offer honest & helpful advice & encouragement

2) Get down to your underwear & Look at your self in the mirror everyday & say something nice to yourself or about yourself (maybe choose something you like about your body)

I believe that in order to make lasting changes you have to love yourself for who you are, so why not make a start now. No one said it would be easy, but good things come to those who work hard ♥
