    these are always on my grocery list or in my fridge/cabinets:

    cottage cheese (80-90 cals per half cup serving)
    vanilla greek yogurt and plain non fat greek yogurt (mix fresh fruit or honey with the plain type)
    fruits (pears, apples, blueberries, bananas, avocados, watermelon and whatever good fruits are in season)
    veggies (cucumber, lettuce, spaghetti squash, mushrooms, baby carrots, sprouts)
    olives
    pickles (watch the sodium)
    reduced fat wheat thins
    salsa
    shirataki noodles
    popcorn (light varities)
    bagel thins
    low fat string cheese
    rice cakes
    quick oats (if you mix ripe bananas with plain oats you can make cookies out of those two ingredients, very tasty)
    pb2
    unsweetened apple sauce
    fiber one bars (90 calories)
    fiber one cereal or cheerios
    coconut milk unsweetened (around 45 cals for one cup)
