Help With TDEE

okay I am confused maybe some of you can understand this. Up until february I was losing weight. Since then I have been the exact same weight. I am eating clean 90% of the time and I work out 5-7 days a week, heavy cardio, body weight training, and jogging. I eat 1200-1300 calories a day. It has come to my attention that I'm not eating enough and that could be preventing my weight loss. I don't really understand all the BMR/TDEE stuff, but I did calculate my TDEE and subtracted 20% of it which I've heard is the target percentage, and I got a total of 1847 calories. That's a full 500 calories more than MFP is telling me. It honestly seems like a lot. I'm (perhaps irrationally) afraid that doing this is going to make me gain weight.

Am I doing this right?

BASICALLY, HELP I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING.
