My name is Rafael, I'm 5, 8" and I weight 182 pounds now, my goal is to be in my perfect weight by June and so I can then start gaining muscle mass. I have a very hard time finding healthy food to eat when I'm not home and as I study from morning to night and I can only buy sandwiches and pizza, hot dogs, that kind of junk food at university, I'm hoping to start going to the gym very early in the morning and cook at night my next day lunch. I see the success stories and how many people is here and I feel motivated! :)
