Hey guys! How do you do cardio at home? Not just jogging, but things I can do in the house without a machine? I'm getting a gym membership soon but I want to burn sooner than that and my ankles have been out so it's hard to run for a while on concrete.

Get some videos from your library. Try YouTube. Do HIIT/circuits of things like squats, lunges, jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups, high knees, football runs, mountain climbers, etc.0

There are lots of great DVDs. Pick the type you like (kick boxing, walk at home, aerobics, HIIT, etc) and buy a couple for variety.0
