Hello MFP,
I do cardio daily but I am also looking for a way to incorporate shaping and toning into my routine. I am doing some light lifting at the gym but without a program to follow I feel like I am not going to get the most out of my time. Any suggestions on where to find information on what exercises I should do? I am a 50 year old male with about 20 lbs to lose.

I can only speak for myself when I say that heavy lifting using free wrights has been a god send. I am now the same or less measurements as I was this time last year, but 16lbs heavier! Just shows how irrelevant the scale is! I suggest googeling a lot, and finding out what other people with similar goals to yours have done.0
