I'm at work and didn't bring my lunch today. I am going with the usual lunch order outers and they are doing thai. I'm going to get the green curry chicken. Is that terrible for you? I have no idea if it's okay for you, just a little bad or flat out bad!

I don't think green curry itself is bad for you...its the rice that has alot of cals in it. Maybe try for a green curry that is mostly meat and veggies and only eat a bit of the rice if any?0

The base for green curry is coconut cream...not bad for you, but definitely high cals from fat. Try to eat mostly the meat and veg, and not too much of the broth0

Spicy Beef Salad... YUMMY! and not nearly as bad as everythign else... know you weren't asking for other food suggestions - but that salad is one of my favorite things in the world so i had to share.... its filling too.0
