I lost 80 some lbs before joining MFP. Now I seem to be losing so very slowly. I had my BMI calculated and 40lbs ago I was told to eat 1600 calories to lose weight. Now I eat an avg of 1400-1500 and activity avgs 500 calories a day. Look at my diary and tell me what yu think. I know I eat some healthy junk. fire away!

    If you are eating 1400-1500 and working off 500, you are not eating enough. Eat back your exercise calories before you begin to lose lean muscle mass.

    Okay, couple questions.. How is your exercise calories figured out? From MFP or from a HRM ?

    Reason I ask is you are getting to those last 40lbs it sounds like and accuracy of calories is going to become more important.

    You might also looking into figuring out you TDEE.
