I started my weightloss journey about 7 weeks ago. making changes in my eating habits, & I started to walk 3 times per week & I quit drinking soda. I started on Myfitnesspal 5 days ago. I lost 19 lbs before starting Myfitnesspal & 1 lb since signing up. to date I have lost 20lbs!! YAY ME!!! I am looking forward to reading all your blogs, getting tips & tricks, cheering on others who are on the same journey & also looking forwad to losing another 100 lbs. Everyone keep up the good work!!
