Start your morning off right with these healthy and delicious oatmeal protein pancakes. This protein powder recipe will leave you full to start off your day with the combination of complex carbs and protein powder, we even like to add a TBSP of peanut butter on top to add some healthy fats to this meal.
Ingredients
■1 cup raw oats
■1 scoop Protein Powder
■3 egg whites
■1/4 cup water
■1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
■2 packets sweetener
■1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2. Pour onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake. An optional addition is to add some frozen fruit after the batter is blended.

I add a scoop of vega one or genuine health in pancakes, oatmeal, granola bars etc.
Vanilla works best for me!0 -
I haven't tried those. I make a really basic pancake that is just 1 cup self-raising flour, 1 cup milk and one egg. You then add fruit or whatever. I added vanilla protein powder to the las batch and the kids loved them. Gave a nice vanilla flour and were more filling.0

i made a recipe like that but without the water and i didn't add in extra sweeteners and they were ok. The next time i added a mashed banana and YUM!0

ive tried ones that's used bananas, apples, blueberries and even sweet potato. All were nice but the sweet potato one was the most filling and had similar amount of calories as the others0
