Do I have to start again?

So due to personal reasons I haven't done my 30ds in just over a week. I have 3 days left till I finish level 2. Can I carry on where I left off or do I have to start again?

If I were you, do whatever is going to keep you motivated to complete it.
If you want to see results from 30 days of hard work, start again. If you want to have completed it and it took you 5 weeks instead of 4, then start where you left off.
However, my advice would be if you didn't take before photos then start again and take a before photo so you can track your progress before & after the 30 days

Just continue where you left off and may be do an extra day on this level, or do a day of level 1 and then continue with level 2.0

Continue where you left off. If you feel you have back tracked just to extra days of L2 until you feel ready to move on.0
