Any others w/o kids 5'4 to 5'6 in the TONED 130s??

Hi all,

New to MFP, but heres the deal. So I don't have any pregnancy weight or college weight to lose, never suffered an eating disorder, have been overweight ONCE and lost it (178lbs down to 140s back in 2003) and am a nurse who wants to be a nurse practitioner before having kids. I eat as little processed food as possible and I am here to just increase my muscle tone and lower my body fat%. I currently weigh 135-136 at 5'4.5" and I just started consistently lifting heavish weights in October of 2012 and can see radical changes!! Im leaning out but I want more leg muscle mass, which I think cardio prevents me from having..or maybe genetics! I debate posting pics because there are those "haters" out there ..or those that will hit on you. Thanks, but no thanks! I am just here to be positive and motivational and at times informative, not cynical or critical like some people I have encountered on MFP. Is there anyone else out there who has similar goals or motives as me?
