what are some of your favorite fish recipes?

i think i am going to bread sole tonight with an egg and cracker crumbs.

    I like fresh trout, coated in Louisiana fish fry and pan fried with Pam. Then I squeeze some lemon on it. I grew up fishing, so this is my favorite.

    tilapia done asian style, I just posted it in another thread, but i'll share again..Mix 1 tbsp each lemon juice and reduced sodium soy sauce with 1 tsp each sesame oil and grated ginger, drizzle over broiled fish...this does 6 fish portions.

    Shouldnt that be done last Friday?

    I mean this week is supposed to be a celebration, right?

    Last week was "bad friday".

    i don't know. i gave up on organized religion a long time ago! but i still go with the familial flow
