adjusting your goals???

Hey,
I just broke the 10lb mark and was asked if i wanted to recalculate my nutrition and weight loss goals.
I decllined because " if it aint broke...." but am im doing the right thing? should I be adjusting??

I just hit that Mark also, but I am averaging a 2# loss per week so I may adjust at the next 10# loss, but not now! I'm with you, if it isn't broken, don't fix it! :happy:0

I did adjust my goals when I hit the 10 pound mark, and I'm coming up on losing pounds 11-20 much faster than I did with pounds 1-9. I would highly recommend adjusting the goals.
Not doing so is kind of cheating yourself by keeping the larger number of calories per day that were calculated on the heavier weight. For me, taking the "easy" way is what helped me get to be overweight! I'm committed to being healthy, so I say "bring it on" to the challenges and the lower number of calories per day!0
