how many calories in nescafe 3 in 1 and should i drink it on diet
or not worth it??

    If you really enjoy it I don't see why you can't have one a day. I would suggest getting used to regular coffee and figure out the measurements of cream and sugar yourself that you want to "spend" your daily caloric intake on. Some days I don't mind spending my intake on a latte and some days I think the 20 calories in my coconut creamer is enough. Hope that helps.

    I don't ban any food or drink that I love from my diet. Luckily I don't like ice cream but if I did I would eat a tbs full if I felt like it, just not a bowl of it. WW doesn't ban any food and I've seen that program work for two of my family members. As my SIL said after losing a lot of weight recently by using WW, portion control and walking did it for her. Have your nescafe if you want it. Personally I see no problem with this.
