easy breakfast casserole- with good macros!
Options
i dont eat cheese, but cheese would be an easy addition to this easy breakfast casserole- serves 4 BIG pieces, and i loved it
I used:
6(whole) Eggs
6 Large egg whites
9 pc Center Cut Bacon (cut into small pieces)
1 cup dliced White onion
1 cup diced red Peppers
2 Multi-Grain Deli Flats- ripped into small pieces (any lighter bread version would work- i just used this because we had them in the house)
1 cup light Vanilla Soy Milk (skim or low fat or almond im sure works fine too. again- its what i had!)
whip eggs, add other ingredients, preheat oven to 350, grease your dish with a little spray, bake at 350 for approx 30 min, (give or take 5 or so, depending on your ingredients). i made this into 4 big servings! obviously adding some cheese or additional/different ingredients can alter the stats below.

carbs: 20
fat: 11
