Hello everyone. I'm so excited to make positive changes for myself. I just joined a gym and tracking my calories. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. I plan on working out 5 times a week and shooting for 1200 calories per day. I want to lose fat, but also want to stay with some curves. So I will be building muscle as well. I am just learning about all this. I'm trying to educate myself. I'm hoping to go this week and buy Nectar protein powder. I've read it is really good. Please add me as a friend!!! I'm looking for encouragement and also to get great ideas from you all. You can expect the same from me. I will be logging in throughout the day. Thanks and I hope to hear from many of you!
