Need advice counting calories

I make home made vegetable juices. Today I used 2 lb of carrot (300 cal) and one head of celery (~60 cal) which made 36 oz.
The calorie total is easy. 360 cal in 36 oz is 10 cal/ oz. Here is the problem; the pulp makes up part of that calorie count but is not a part of the final product. So; how many calories is my carrot celery juice "Really" weighing in at? Anyone have any idea how to figure this out?
Cheers, Dan

Weigh it. The calories are for the full amount. figure out cal/gram not cal/oz.0
