I'm having some trouble with measuring food and being able to appropriately log it. For example I just had some edamame. I looked it up and the options that were given to me were 100g, 1g, or 150g. I thought i ate about 1/4 a cup but didn't really know how to log that so I knew the nutritional value I receive.
I'm having this issue with all the food I'm logging
Does anyone have any advice, recommendations, cheat sheets?
Thanks!

The only way I know to be accurate is to use a food scale (with options for ounces and grams) for solids and measuring cups for liquids.0

There are also other options. Just re-type in edamame and pick another option. Some use grams and some use cups for measuring.0
