Broccoli Quiche with Phyllo Dough

This is so yummy! Make it for dinner and have the rest for breakfast!
1.5 cups egg beaters
2 cups chopped steamed broccoli
1 yellow onion, diced
.25 cup light shredded cheddar cheese
4 sheets of phyllo dough
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Place the phyllo sheets in a pie pan. Spray with pam cook at 350 for about 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Mix steamed broccoli with onion and seasonings. Fill the crust with the veggies. Then place the cheese on top of the veggies. Finally cover the dish with 1.5 cups of egg beaters.
Cook for about 15 minutes at 350 or until eggs are cooked through.
Serving size- 1/4 of pie
