Losing that 10

Hi, Im just starting myfitnesspal.com. Within the last 6 months I have gained 10lbs, I have exercised sparodically and eaten regularly but not horribly.
My goal is to loose 10lbs soon, and fit back into my clothes, regain control of my body size, and feel great naked again.

My plan started today. Turbo Jam, once a day for 6 days a week and pilates three times a week. I will be using dvds in my living room.
Im a vegetarian, so my focus will be on cutting out unhealthy snacks/desserts, and reaching for even more fruits and veggies.

I lost 30lbs about 4 years ago so I have complete confidence in being able to do this. I just hate how quickly I gained 10lbs and dont want to gain a pound more!
