My stats are 5ft 2 tall weight is 143lbs goal is 120lbs! I have been on this journey since August and have only lost 12lbs.
I am getting so frustrated and depressed because for a few months now I haven't lost any weight! I haven't gained but I haven't lost anything. I was eating 1200 calories so someone suggested eating at my TDEE so I have increased my calories to 1570 it's coming on to third week and I still haven't lost anything. I am currently do 30day shred on level 3.
What is it I'm doing wrong why is this not working? It is really getting to me know. I see everyone's success stories and their weight coming off and me I'm still stuck.
I can't get to the gym as I am a mummy to a 1 yr old. So I'm trying to do walks and home DVDs! But still weight is standstill!!
Help please!!!

12 lbs is about a half a pound a week average. It is a good loss.
You may want to work your numbers again, your TDEE is your total daily energy expenditure. If you eat that, you will neither lose or gain weight. You are supposed to create a deficit from your TDEE. Although, at 1570, you likely are eating at your TDEE - a deficit.
If you recently upped your calories, which I agree was a good move, you may not see the scale moving right away. That does not mean you aren't losing fat. Small fat losses can be offset on the scale by things like water retention. Give it more time.
Also, I noticed in your diary although you upped your calories, you still aren't eating them. On some days you are eating 900 calories.
Also, how are you measuring your food? Are you using accurate entries?0 -
Weight loss takes time.. as you probably figured that out! But, I think it is important to not think about it as a diet.. or how much I need to lose. Make it a lifestyle change. Instead of focusing on calories.. focus on what is going into your body. Make sure you have 3 healthy meals a day. If you feel hungry in between, grab a piece of fruit or some vegies! If you can't make it to the gym.. take your little one for a walk or look into the jogging strollers. Abbs are great to do also! And maybe invest in some dumbbells to gain muscle! You need muscle to burn fat! I feel your frustration though! Just try not to deprive yourself from calories.. instead focus on healthier foods! Have fun with it, and love every stage you are in! If you feel stuck.. then you'll get down on yourself and give up. Just think.. "I am excited for this challenge." One more thing.. DON'T weigh yourself every day. Limit it to once a week or once every two weeks! Good luck!0

I do log everything it's been 2 weeks I have increased my calories! I'm desperate to lose weight!
I didn't ask if you log everything, I asked how you measure and if you are double checking your food entries. I see a lot of entries that are generic for the whole dish. It is possible they aren't the same as the dish you are eating. I log everything individually that goes into the dish.
Also, two weeks is nothing. Water retention can easily mask small weight losses. Keep going.0 -

Oh sorry! I'm going to see what happens in the next two weeks! Thanks0
