Success stories ladies 6ft and over?

Hey there ladies
I just want to see some pictures of ladies 6ft and over success stories. I am 6ft and my goal weight is 140, which is close to the lower end of normal BMI range for my height. I worry that it may be un-reachable or unhealthy for such a large bone frame. Just wondering how much others have lost around my size and what you felt was comfortable for your height
thanks!

I am still a work in progress...but I am 6' also and started at 215, currently down to 190. 140 sounds REALLY low to me for such a tall gal, but everyone carries their weight differently so it may be a good weight for you. Good luck0

Hey!
Good luck with your weight loss - looks like you have been doing an AWESOME job!
I have previously lost about 50lbs and (yes, I'm hijacking your thread, sorry) I'm only 5'10" and currently 165lbs and only want to get to 159lbs (ish!).
I guess everyone feels healthy and happy at different weights. I don't think it really matters as long as you feel good about your size and are at a healthy weight. I've (generally speaking) chosen a body fat to achieve that's about mid-range for my age and am headed towards the goal weight to get to that. I might try to then get my body fat down some more but not bothered about getting lighter.
I have to remember that slim doesn't always mean fit or toned or healthy!0 -
I'm 6' and my goal is 144. I'm in the 150's now (aiming for 144 by April) Altho I'm a healthy weight, I like how I feel in the 140's. This is the first time I've incorporated weights into my fitness regime so as I progress I may end up staying in the 150's and concentrate on what the measuring tape says.0

Too embarrassed to post my before and durings, but I'm 6 feet and started at 230. I'm currently 191. I'm surprised by how "normal" I already look, but I definitely could stand to lose another 20 pounds. I have my goal set to 160, but I can definitely see myself happy at 170. It all depends. I plan on incorporating strength training in my working out soon, so I might see the scale stop, but hopefully I'll be losing inches.0

Hi I am 5'11" and for most of my life I 135 when I was running often and 140 when I wasn't. After 2 kids in two years I got up to 195, I am currently 165 and trying to get down to 140-145. It depends on your body. I also felt good and fit in the lower part of my BMI. I look fine right now, but not tight and firm like I use to be and still a little bit of a belly.
Good luck, I don't have pic's but if you are running lots and doing lots of weights it is totally possible to reach that weight.0 -
Thanks so much for all your responses guys! - yeah right now I'm 186, but I feel like I at this weight I still have a lot of fat to loose, especially around my abdomen. I lift weights and do cardio, but feel like I still have a high percentage of body fat.0
