I have the will and need to find the way. I am really uneducated here and have read so many thoughts on what other ladies do. I do a good bit of Cardio a week. At least 4000. I eat around 1450 Calories depending on how hungry I am but I do it. Most days are good, some are not. I am losing inches but not weight. I finally gave up the constant scale fight and hop on when I feel like it. I can see a difference and down a size but would like to change things up. I have played with small weights in a Zumba toning class and do the 30ds a couple of times a week when I am not doing my Zumba classes. I also do Pilates on this same off day mostly to help a leg injury I have.

I am interested in trying and attempting weights more. I have areas that need that extra burn and I get this is a good way to do so. With out joining another fitness place, because I can not, how can I do this at home? I admit my upper body is weak, I always seem to pull the same muscle in my shoulder blade area.

Dancing and wiggling - got it! Lifting - need help! Kettlebells, hand weights??? *lost!*

I highly recommend The New Rules for Lifting for Women - great book available on Amazon and it includes nutrition plan and 6 months of workouts. I am in week 3 and Love it and I had zero experience with weights before
