Motivation!!

Hello everyone!!

I am new to this site and I really want to have some people who are willing to help motivate me!
Add me as a friend and we can help each other out by leaving comments and tips!

My starting weight was 166 but now I am down to 163.
Ideally I would like to be down to 140, but I think 135 would be even better for me.

I'm trying to work out more at the gym and eat better. It is just so hard to start off. What do you guys think? :)
