I am a Waitress and I walk...I mean I walk like a champ, but I snack, ...and I eat late at night and not as often as I should! I am only concerned with one thing...since I hate the gym but I am in love with yoga and do it as often as time allows...how much walking is too much, as in when does it stop working and your body is just used to it???

After about 2 weeks of performing an exercise, and performing it the same way, your body begins to condition to it. After two weeks either switch up the exercise or switch up the intensity.0

I don't think you can ever walk too much. Walking is good for you.0
