fat loss without weight loss. help!

hello i am 5'4, female, 18yo and 50.8kg. as you can see i dont need to lose any weight, however i really wish to lose fat. does anyone have any ideas how i can lose fat without losing weight to lower my body fat percentage? any help is much appreciated! x

build lean muscle.. in a nutshell create a higher metabolic rate by eating more and having more muscle tissue. particularly anaerobic activity works best.. dont be afraid to lift heavy females wont get overly muscular...just be mindful that you need a caloric surplus just create a slight one in order to have minimal fat gains associated with muscle gain.0

Strength training. Eat at maintenance, even a little above, and lift heavy. You'll love the results.

I have actually unintentionally done this the last 3 weeks. Eat perhaps 200 calories under maintenance, lift heavy, do a little HIIT.0
