Too much sugar in protein powder?

I read on here before a way to figure out if a protein powder has too much sugar in it...but I lost it and can't find it anywhere. Can you guys help me? How are you supposed to be able to tell if it's a good protein powder or if you need to skip it and choose another one? Thanks!

Wouldn't it say it on the Nutrition Label and Ingredients?

It says the amount of sugar, but I'm not sure what's a good number to have in a single serving.

I think your looking for the difference between isolate and concentrate and lactose is the sugar you're thinking of.

Where do you get that brand of protein powder? I would like to find one with little or no sugar or carbs!
  • Dymatize protein is 0 sugar, and 0 carb or 1 carb depending on the flavor.

I think anything around 5% carbs is acceptable (5g/100g)

You can get it at GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, or Fitrx.com. Many websites sell it. If you go to the Nature's Best Isopure website, they list where you can buy it. I got it offline. However, I think most cities have a GNC or Vitamin Shoppe!
