Any runners out there have lower back problems? I recently hurt mine and I think it may be due to tightness associated with running. Any suggestions?

See a chiropractor. It's the best thing I've ever done for my back health.0

Very gently stretch your hip flexors and hamstrings. Often low back pain is related to tightness in these areas. Ice your back post stretching. Rest.
Also, it may be time for new shoes or to have your gait re-analyzed. As you get more fit / lighter, your gait & shoe requirements sometimes change.0
