according to my TDEE calculator your maintenance calories are about 2226 a day ..so a 30 percent deficit would be 1600 ish a day ..so
the reason you are now losing right now is because you are eating right about at where you need to maintain ...
You could drop down to 1800 and see how you feel for a few weeks..and if you are OK with it try 1600 and see how it goes..

I think he's right-- I would go with 1600-1800. Start with 1800 and see what happens. If you don't lose, drop down to 1600. But take it down slowly-- you could even start by taking it down to 2000 and see what happens, then go to 1800 if you don't lose any weight.
