I've never used this app until this past week. Wow, I've never realized some items I used were so awful. It's really helped me learn to read labels more and got me to shop at two local "health" grocery stores.

I use it and love it too. I scan just about everything now lol.

I go through spurts of using it. When I do use it, I perseverate on my food choices and get myself all worked up! lol! Not healthy either.
