like i know when you take creatine or other supplements you're supposed to take like a month off after 6 weeks of use or something...problem is i have on average 2+ scoops of protein powder every day...do i need to take some time off like with the others?

Nope.
Protein Powder, Fish Oil, BCAA's, and etc don't need to be cycled.0 -
With creatine you consume in cycles of loading and maintenance in order to maintain stores. Protein is not taken in the same way, there is no cycling involved so no need to take a break.0

no its food, I have also never seen a physiological need to cycle creatine either
only supplement i cycle is preworkouts - I will take a 2 week caffeine break every few months, but thats purely because I build caffeine tolerance quickly0
