21 and trying to get down to 115-120 lbs!

Hey everyone,

I'm always on-again-off-again with my fitness challenges and I'm trying to just hold myself more accountable! I'm 5'2", 21 years old, and I started out at 136lbs. My goal is to get somewhere between 115lbs and 120 lbs. I've given myself this sort of 4 month fitness challenge in which I build stamina, learn more about healthy eating, and work on figuring out how to treat myself more positively. I'm one month in and almost 4 pounds down! Please feel free to add me so we can share our fitness-journey with each other and keep each other motivated.

    i am 5.2 ft as well and i started at 142. It took me a year to get down to 120...

    I am 23, 5'5 and currently weigh about 140. I started at 149 and I want to get down anywhere between 125-115, depends on how I feel/look when I get there.
