Been here a while and never introduced myself

Started using MFP about a year or so ago and stopped and started again back on Jan 31st 2012. Was at 270 on the 31st and as of today I am down to 242.4.
Just looking for a few people to friend on here and talk about the insanity workout and general health discussion. I started that Feb 11th and have already seen weight loss results (down 3.6 lbs in 1 week). Hope to be somewhere between 215-225 by the time this is over.
I still eat relatively crappy, but am replacing rice with brown rice and reducing my portion sizes. I do not eat bread, but eat quite a bit of Chinese food... though 90% of the time with brown rice. My salt intake is high, but I am starting to try to eat sweet potatoes to help with potassium intake. Baby steps as they say.

I eat a lot but exercise all the calories out of my system. Lots of exercise but as long as my calories go negative, then I'm fine
