Back after 2 years.....

I tried this site a few years ago, and at the time, did not have the mental fortitude to stick with a new healthier lifestyle. Now because of high blood pressure and tired of being overweight for my short frame, I am dedicated to changing my unfit lifestyle for a healthier and more fit one. I joined a gym and go and exercise everyday. Just bought a Fitbit One to help me motivate myself to move more while at home. I was using Lose It to log my food and exercise but realized my Fitbit will only sync with LI if I buy the premium version. So after some researching, I am back to MFP, looking for some friends to help me stay focused and motivated. I know this is my year to be fit and fabulous at 46.

    Good for you! You can do it, just stay focused. I go to the gym everyday as well and it makes me feel so much better. Its only been a few days, since im new to the site but I have so much more energy.
