My diet...

I recently started dieting last month while doing Power 90 routines. I'm beginning to have some second thoughts about my diet. I wanted to get some feedback from other successful dieters. Over the last month I have not lost any weight eating 2000 calories a day so I decided to bring it down to 1600 calories a day.
Here it is:
Breakfast:
Lean Pocket
Low fat cup of cottage cheese
An apple
Lunch:
Mixed Veggies
4 oz of white meat chicken
Ready Rice - Brown
Golden Potato
Dinner:
Chobani Yogurt
Snacks:
Salted Peanuts
This adds up to 1600 calories a day with 200 carbs, 44 grams of fat, 100 grams of protein, 40 grams of sugar, and 12 grams of saturated fat.
I generally had cheat days once a week where instead of 2000 calories, I would have 3000. I plan to lower cheat days now to 2500 calories and sticking it with high protein.
It may be the fact that I am getting stronger using Power 90 since I never was on a steady exercise plan, but I wanted some feedback.

As a 22 year old male doing quite a bit of exercise you should be going up in calories not dropping it. Work out your TDEE and eat 20% below that since you have around 45lbs to lose.0

I have been feeling tired during workouts and they have been getting harder to finish. Is that due to eating too few calories?
I found a good TDEE calculator and it says I should be consuming 2200 calories a day. I'll try that out for a few weeks with my current workout level and see where it takes me.0
