hello, my name is kaitlyn. I am not new to this site. I first joined this site to gain weight for my pregnancy. I have a high metabolism so gaining is pretty hard for me. Also I just don't have a big appetite like a lot of people do. Well, I am here again trying to gain weight for the army. They gave me 52 days to gain 13 pounds (or at least 10) it's not impossible. so I'm going to try and gain 2.6 pounds a week with eating 3000 calories a day. I am finding that kind of hard. I am drinking high calorie protein drinks, and eating clif bars for snacks and eating as much as I can with each meal. I am also working out to get more muscle.
