exercise diary

So I just started exercising to Jillian Michaels' banish fat boost metabolism video from youtube and I feel great but I don't know what should I list it under in the diary and I also plan to do Insanity fat burn in 20 mins in a couple of days.So I am assuming insanity is more HIIT so that would be strength or cardio? please help because I dunno how to compartmentalise my workouts?
