Hi all

I currently weight 146kgs and just updated MFP and it says i should now be eating 1980 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week but after doing some research on other sites like this one they say i should be eating 2210 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week.

I am a little confused as to which is right and which is wrong should i be eating the higher calories or the less clalories i am a bit worried my body will go in to starvation mode if i dont eat enough

Any help will be appreciated .
