I am progressing towards maintenance and was interested in hearing how others that are on maintenance get on.
I am very anxious about this because whenever I seem to up my cals I put on weight that I don't want to!

If you are on maintenance…
What is your calorie goal?
What kind of workouts do you still do?
What’s your weight and height?

I am 5”11, 138 pounds, lift 3 times a week. Other than that I have a desk job
I am eating 1600 at the moment and looking to progress to 1800…
